The Client had purchased an existing but abandoned and incomplete structure of a condominium building in central Bangkok, with the objective to convert it into a boutique hotel.

Our team undertook the analysis of the existing structure in order to verify compliance to the current building codes, and on account of the new design we also provided the structural redesign of a new multi-level podium as well as two further storeys on top of the structure. We also carried out the construction supervision of the project.
