Each of these Independent Power Plants has a capacity to produce 1600MW of power. For both plants SMC provided the structural engineering design of the off-site buildings as follows:
  • Ayudhya Plant: administration building 815m2, visitors' centre 1,112m2, centre control Building 1,066m2, workshop and warehouse 1,437m2, guardhouse 128m2.
  • Saraburi Plant: administration building 627m2, workshop and warehouse 1,547m2, guardhouse 128m2
