This project involved the demolition of an existing building, renovation of another building containing 370 guest rooms over 16 floors, and the construction of a new 27-storey wing providing 350 new guestrooms, hospitality areas, shops and restaurants.

We undertook the overall project management of the scheme, structural engineering design and construction supervision.
