Map Ta Phut is Thailand’s main industrial port that SMC has been involved in every phase of the development and the development Phase 3 aims to extend the existing port to accommodate a new import LNG terminal, including two berths for Q-max LNG carriers. Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (ITD) is responsible for the construction of marine facilities, while SMC Consulting Engineer provides detailed design services and construction assistance.
